Returns
Due to paying our artists within a week of items being sold, our return policy for the online store 7 days from date we show delivery...you will need to have contacted us to let us know it is being sent back, along with with your order number and reason. We can exchange the item for you, or provide an ONLINE gift card for our store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No refunds...online store credit only.
Please do not send your purchase back to the original artist/vendor.
If you are local to the Chicago area, you are also always welcome to come into the store, and exchange it or accept an IN STORE or ONLINE gift card.
Damaged items:
If an item was damaged in shipping, please photograph the exterior and interior of the packaging and as well as the damage to the item itself to send along when you email us.We will need this to submit a claim on our end to the company that delivered it.
We will promptly follow up with you on the plan for exchanging the item. If the was one of a kind, we discuss with you and/or the artist what to do exchanging/replacing it. We will likely require actual return of the product.
Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, upon return, you can choose to receive a online or in store gift card for the value of your return. J
Return Shipping:
Once you have our approval for exchange, you can mail your product back to Ghoulish Mortals, 228 W. Main Street, SAINT CHARLES IL 60174, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Please make sure you opt for a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt, we will promptly work on your exchange.
